Hey everybody, I'm currently involved in the musical. So far we've done 2 shows, and they both went fantastically. Last night was sold out. Tonight is almost sold out and so is this afternoon. I'm having a great time.
We're doing Guys and Dolls, and I play Sky Masterson. Well i have to go get ready for the show, but i'll talk to you really soon. Good to talk to you all. I hope these next two shows go as well as the last two. I'll talk to you at 12 next Sat. Thanks
That's great to hear! We did "Guys & Dolls" at my school last year and everyone involved loved it (even if I was stuck as head of stage crew). It's a true classic.
An article said they were people coming from 80-100 miles away to see your school play; that has to be a little odd, but a great compliment at the same time.

That's awesome! Sounds like you're having a ton of fun. I hope my school does a musical this year. The only musical I saw was "Beauty and the Beast" on Broadway. WOW.

John, you are such an early bird, I think we need to be on 24-hour watch for you from now on. I am glad you are letting us know when you will be on next Saturday at 12 noon. So Saturday will be your day to talk to us from now on? Congrats on the play, I know you are having a blast. I always picture you in plays and film. Hopefully all of that will come in the near future. It is crazy here in Jacksonville, FL with the Super Bowl. Lots of celebs around.....I saw Alicia Keys in her limo going to the ESPN show, she is so beautiful.
Hope to see more of you on TV soon!!! Can't wait for "RED" love ya, Xuan (Sueann)

Hey, John! I saw a clip of your rehearsal on the news, and you were smoooooth! Glad to hear the performance went as well if not better! Kudos to your fellow castmates, too!
Hi John! I cant believe I missed you again. Congrats on the play! I am sure you are wonderful in it. I look forward to talking to you next Sat at 12 noon. I hope you can stay awhile because you know we are all going to be here waiting for you!
Saw the 2:00pm show... It was great! Good luck with the rest!
I was at the 2pm show too...did you see the lady in the second row run out and sell candy?? Well, that was me. Hope you bought some
I saw the show Thursday, Friday, and both shows on Saturday, since I helped out working the concession stand and helping out with "crowd" control. I had a blast, it was the most magnificant high school play I ever saw...and that's not because I know most of the talented wonderful actors/musicians in it, I really mean it. John was WONDERFUL as Sky Masterson, his smooth voice and charisma made the experience for this lunchlady unbelievable. I honestly wish you could have all seen it...unfortunately there were no video cameras allowed, but I did take some pictures, which I will give you all the link to as soon as I develop them. John was lucky, too, to have been surrounded by talent that was as good as a Broadway play. I sat in the same seat every performance, and after the last performance, I was truly saddend by the fact that I can't go back tomorrow to see it again.
