I just made a MySpace. I was looking at all of your MySpaces and I noticed how some of you have pictures of different Celebritys in the background. I was wondering how you get the pictures there?.

Upload your picture on photobucket and then take the URL.
Then, go here http://guide-on.net/mySpace/myspace_editor.htm

and post the URL where it tells you to.
